Thank you for shopping at Ryan Gregory Official. All products are fulfilled and shipped through our production partner, Printful, and our shipping policies reflect their standards and requirements.
1. Production & Fulfillment Times
Because each item is made-to-order, processing times include production + shipping.
Production (Fulfillment) Time:

Typically 2–7 business days for apparel

Typically 2–5 business days for accessories and merchandise

Times may vary during peak seasons or holidays
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed, and another when it has shipped.
2. Shipping Times
Shipping time begins after fulfillment is completed.
Estimated shipping times (Printful standard):

USA: 3–6 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days

Europe: 3–10 business days

International: 5–20+ business days (varies by region)
These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs, high-volume seasons, carrier issues, or global disruptions.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

Quantity ordered
Printful occasionally updates shipping prices; your checkout will always reflect the most accurate rate.
4. Tracking Information

Most orders will receive tracking information once shipped.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after receiving the shipping confirmation email.

Some international destinations may have limited tracking visibility due to local postal systems.
5. Multiple Shipments

Items in your order may ship separately because Printful fulfills products at different facilities depending on product type and location.

You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments that result from Printful’s fulfillment process.
6. Wrong or Incomplete Address
If the address is entered incorrectly at checkout and the package is returned to the Printful facility:

You may choose to reship the order after paying the reshipment cost.

If you opt to cancel, shipping fees may not be refunded.
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
7. International Customs, Duties & Fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees.

These charges are not included in your purchase and must be paid by the customer.

Printful and Ryan Gregory Official cannot control or predict these charges.

Refusal to pay customs may result in the package being returned or destroyed by the local carrier. Refunds are not issued in these situations.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it:

Check with neighbors, household members, or building management

Verify the shipping address

Contact the carrier for more details
If the carrier confirms non-delivery, we will work with Printful to determine next steps.
Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for automatic replacement or refund.
If a package is lost in transit, Printful typically replaces it after reviewing the claim.

10. Holiday Shipping
