Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Ryan Gregory Official. We want you to love your purchase—but because all items are printed-on-demand through our fulfillment partner Printful, we follow these guidelines:
1. When an item is eligible for a refund or replacement
If your order arrives damaged, mis-printed, incorrect (wrong item or design), or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [insert your email/contact form].

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will work with Printful to either send a replacement at no additional cost to you or issue a refund for the affected item(s).

In these cases you do not need to ship the item back to Printful.
We stand behind our products and will make it right.
2. When returns or exchanges are not automatically covered
Because the items are custom-printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

You ordered the wrong size or color

You changed your mind
-
The item “just doesn’t feel right”
In these situations we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion — but shipping and production costs will apply and must be covered by the buyer. Please contact us if you’d like an exchange or refund request for any other reason.
3. Return / shipping from buyer to facilitate an exchange
Should we agree to an exchange for a non-defective item:

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.

You are responsible for shipping the original back to us (if required) and paying for shipping of the exchanged item.

Once we receive your return (if required) and confirm condition, we will place the new order.
4. Items not claimed / returned to sender
If a package is returned to the fulfillment facility due to a wrong address or unclaimed delivery, we’ll notify you. You may either:

Confirm correct address and pay for reshipment, or
-
Accept cancellation and refund (shipping cost deducted)
If you don’t respond within 30 days, the item may be donated or disposed of per the facility’s policy.
5. International orders, duties & customs
If you’re ordering internationally, you are responsible for any duties/taxes imposed by your country. Extra charges may delay delivery. Shipping times may vary. See our Shipping page for details.
